Imagine what 5 people down voting a post in the New section could do, It would disappear and go to the bottom immediately. It's up to us, the members to keep our community safe and regulated.
Makes sense...unless a whale gets to see it first. Sure he can take his vote back, but still.
Well that's where the power of the mass comes in, 1 of us stating that the post is content theft, pretending to be someone else, providing the link to the original post found online, won't get noticed by the whale, but when a whale sees that 5+ people mentioned him on that post and stated something was wrong, he will look into it and revise he's vote. Not to mention us "originals" building up a reputation as Original Content creators so whales will know that when we flag something, we flagged it for a valid reason!
