Will not work. I posted something similar to recruit users and they deleted my offer. I got the following reply:
I'm Will from Simbi, just writing to let you know that unfortunately we had to take down your service, since it violates our Rules & Guidelines: "Any listing found to be primarily self-promotional, including (but not limited to) “follow me” or “like my page” requests, review writing, or advertising external commercial websites, will be removed"
Yeah I woke up to that message this morning. I did recruit someone running a Facebook group for artists via private message on there at least. She was really excited about finding steemit and will be telling everyone in her group. I'll continue to do it that way as I make contact with people in there.
Lately I started posting my music post on facebook groups and I got some positive feedback. I think this is one way to promote it. There are groups on FB with more members than the active users on Steemit.
