The real question now is, how is it going to change the upvote bot market the more this tool gets visibility and more people start to use it?
We'll go right back to the days when it's super frustrating to leverage the voting bots because too many people (everyone else) is using it too and getting in at the most profitable windows.

Lets suppose if the Upvote worth is $100, and now you can imagine, more people coming into the pool and share this $100 then individual reception goes down.
