Sure, first save the gif you want to upload to a folder on your computer. Then go to http://imgur.com/
click new post and drag you gif over to the box. Once you see the preview move your mouse cursor on the image and copy the URL. Paste the URL and add .gif to the end of it and you should see it in the preview box. This will also work for pictures you want to upload. Follow the same steps above and add .jpg
