I have tried now and they have increased minnow booster to minimum of 2 SBD .

Just tried today and so this message appears "Sorry, you need to send at least 2.0 SBD!"

As of now my favorite is randowhale.. but minnow booster is also good in which when you send around 2 SBD it will return 5 times your paid amount , more like the return would be 10 SBD value.
