The Crisis, those bad moments that teach us so much

Undoubtedly no person wants to have problems. But not inevitable. These situations, in some cases not pleasant, bring with them an endless amount of learning that if we meditate and assimilate them, they leave a world of learning open.
There are many examples. I will mention some: Given the situation that we are currently going through in Venezuela, we had to learn many things to save money since inflation is very large. Bread, cookies, cakes, are products that can not be purchased easily. So at home we have begun to invest in networks how to do each of them. That has given us several important things: 1.- Share as a family when making them. 2- Investigate how to make them. 3.- Laugh about our mistakes and improve.

Preparing food with vegetables has also become another challenge: the recipes are now varied and allowed us to eat healthy.
