You have to be patient and build yiur audience and connect with people and communities .. and create good content. Thats what will get you upvotes.
I guess that you didn't read or didn't understand to post proposal. Doesn't matter... You don't vote and just put your comment to earn your % as curator. No problem. I vote on your comment. As I said... Doen't matter. I vote!
