there is no doubt he's under pressure,
-when your not prepared to lead,
-have no mentor,
-haven't got a clue what it really takes,
-have not been in the environment before
-don't have a past history of both failures and successes
-Have not worked and watched closeup others do it.
-Think that only your idea is what counts and push the hype.-
-Don't bring in hardcore business operations people to help -you avoid the pitfalls of hubris.

You will be overwhelmed stretched thin, fail everywhere, alienate allies, and turn neutral situations negative.

And certainly dig a deeper hole for yourself.

That's when the weak bale.
The smart revamp, renew to find a path to success.

And revamp means themselves to accepting help, and understanding that there are other ways to get things done.

So let's see if his migration to RocksDB goes!

I am encouraged by his immediate cost cutting move, it just should have been done a year ago.

The beauty is it runs on Windows and Mac which would open the nodes up to desktop units, even test nodes!

There are other things he should be doing immediately, to sure up everything that would not cost a dime and give a huge ROI!

i could list them ad nauseum, but thats what I do for a living.

I could easily put SteemIt in a positive ROI situation in under a half year, with major needed enhancements plus a release schedule of future ones. By leveraging the communities.
