I think notifications are essential to building community. Quite often I won't see a reply to a comment until a day or so later which by that stage the interaction time-frame could be lost.
Other than that I think the UI could be a bit cleaner, it's a bit cluttered at the moment.

You can get notifications when using the busy.org site or you can use the ginabot to give you notifications over Discord.
