When JESUS CHRIST heard that people were lying about him, he did not defend himself. Maybe he was upset, but he never sinned when he felt that.
The next time someone wants to fight with you, keep calm and say you want to find a peaceful way to solve the problem. If you do this, you will improve things instead of making them worse.
