I did the math on doing the exchange through @blocktrades and then to Quadriga. In CAD - 10 SBD would get you $114.43 if converted SBD/ETH through blocktrades then converted to CAD through Quadriga. If you did the same transaction with the same two exchanges SBD/LTC you would end up with $112.80 - not much less - but on bigger transactions the difference would be substantial! Its a good idea to keep an eye on both - I use the "last trade" in CAD on Quadriga's site for eth/cad and ltc/cad along with the conversion information I get from blocktrades to figure out which is best to use! They have a USD exchange - you can find eth/usd and eth/ltc as well. It looks like Bitcoin will continue to experience issues in the near term - eth or ltc should be used!
