The "vulnerability" you supposedly show refers to hardfork 9, which did indeed owner-change these accounts: https://github.com/steemit/steem/blob/ff9b801615ba8c347a0c3f534ad06adc551b58e5/libraries/protocol/hardfork.d/0_9.hf
OF COURSE this required a hardfork, HF 9, which was activated solely through consensus.
Nothing to see here apart from FUD.
