Introducing Steemfeed.social - Advanced filtering for your steem feed!

Filter your feed with multiple custom tags, and sort it in the order you want it. No keys needed. Just enter your username (or not - just surf the new|trending|hot feeds), and get your feed in an easy to view grid layout.

Do you only want to see the original posts from those you follow, without resteems getting in the way? Click on 'hide resteems' and they are gone.

Customise the tag list by right-clicking on a tag and entering your own.

The beta is up and running at steemfeed.social. Note, at this stage it is only a feed aggregator, not a full front-end to the steem blockchain. Clicking on the post or author links will open the relevant page at steemit.com (if steemit.com is working, that is.. ;) ).

As this is a beta, there's still some bugs floating around. One current bug is occasional incorrect image parsing into the preview thumbnail.

It's also possible that some permutations of the various filters/feeds need some more logic in them. If you find that the filter doesn't seem to have filtered, toggle it and it will correct itself. And as of yet, it's not mobile friendly. That will come soon.

Note, steemfeed.social gets its data from the same source as steemit.com, and as you have probably seen over the last few weeks, that data source can be bloody slow at times. And steemfeed.social will run slow too. I find doing a refresh (and sometimes a hard refresh - shift + refresh) will yield results when nothing is forthcoming from the blockchain for whatever reason.

Originally I had notifications in steemfeed.social, but since creating steemnotify.me and even better - the browser plugins for chrome and firefox - there's really no need to incorporate it here. Although, if you are on mobile, or Safari, it could be worth it for you if they were here. Let me know if you want notifications built into steemfeed.social.

Other features I have in mind are bookmarking posts for later reading, and also filtering by excluded words.
