I agree that Steemit is a great concept but the UI needs much work. As a 'blog' Sttemit does not deliver that personal experience many writers and readers need... i.e., posts disappear quickly and are hard to re-locate if you do not know how to search the database (new users). The reward system is nice, but too short lived. In the beginning, one can spend a lot of time on a great post only to NOT be seen, therefore not earning anything. This is a major drawback for retention. I only hope that the Devs keep a continuing focus on evolving Steemit into something better as time goes on. Good post snowflake! u/v&f.
