I don't agree with any sort of tax. I can see the self up-vote option being removed. I 100 % agree with a max up-vote. There is no way one up-vote should be worth more then hundreds or even thousands of others.

The war on bid-bots is an odd one. The most outspoken members ( that I have noticed ) are the ones that own "good" bid bots that have limits / rules on what post(s) they up-vote.

All of that is just smoke and mirrors to me, as I feel as a bot owner shouldn't be complaining about someone using a bid-bot for profit on post when the bid-bot itself is designed to make the owner a profit.

Yeah the tax idea wouldnt be implemented because of the decentralised nature of Steem... yeah some people have crazy ammounts for their upvotes and then just onsell them..

Yes there are good bots out there that have a manual side to them and have rules and check posts arent complete garbage - they should all have to implement some kind of audit or random checks as its getting out of hand.
