Thank you, lighting and a tiny very small picture removes the signs of age. I'm so glad your back! I need to start a series on aging, how it's not an illness but a great adventure. I have really enjoyed sharing my art here too. I've produced more art because of Steemit and learned new techniques from the great artist here.

Steemit gives us that creativity outlet we were missing before - a place for our souls to bathe and speak publicly for the first time. I truly believe that. I believe we were destined to be here :))

I agree! It's a community feeling humans naturally gravitate too. In the past social sites like FB use this behavior to make billions and Steemit has turned that pyramid upside down. I was afraid the algorithm for earnings would turn this site into another earnings pyramid where only a few gather the rewards from content and comments. Hopefully this will change and still reward big investors.

Change is slow. Steemit still feels a little like the government of Singapore a bit too - more on that in a philosophy post later, but we are getting there ... slowly!

Several others have mentioned benevolent rulers, Singapore, and Steemit. Decentralization and free markets are the only way to avoid toxic authority and monopolies. I'm looking forward to your article.
