Just tried it again same thing, i tried it with a couple other accounts as well and the same result I am running chromium Version 53.0.2785.143 Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit)

It's just caching the old version. I have cleared the server cache, shift +f5 should take care of your browser. Sorry about the hasle.
