⚖️ Win - Win relationship ⚖️

Last week, I joined a conference talk about careers for final years students. In conference, had mentioned to interview experience. The speaker was talked about the benefit in interview: win - win relationship.
win-win mean: situation or result is one that is good for everyone who is involved.
win - win relationship mean: you and i both win, no one lose or lost benefit in this relationship. However, there's still more than or the loser here, but it's only a little bit.
win - win relationship in interview.
The employers not pay high salary for new graduated students because you don't have real working experience, all most number go to find job are new graduated students,what's next employers do?
You talent and self-confident about it, you want you have a job suitable with you and high salary, of course, salaries as high as possible but you don't accept the salary of employers and you truly like this company. what next you do?
If still retain the personal view then both you and the employers lost, the employsers can't find employee, you can't find job. So, in interview you and the employers must put yourself into the enemy to think and find the best solution for each case!
win - win relationship in friendship.
In friend still like this, even though you and your friend are best friend. A friendship built on empathy, share and help each other. If you or your friend only receive without giving away, it's not friendship, it's only community relationship. However, in friendship you usually not calculate about it!
win - win relationship in family.
In family, talk about benefit in this relationship, it's so confused. I talk in this relationship by my thinking. Of course, parents alway give to you and don't need give back and follow meaning you're win. But not, you not win because you don't think for parent like parent think for you! They think for you too much, want best thing for you.
So, let's put you in their position to think, let's think for them as much as possible.
win - win relationship not only maintain in the above relationship but also maintain in other relationships like: business relationship, teamwork relationship, learning relationship, etc.. Each relationship have benefit of relation, much or little, good or bad is your thinking. Let it be good in your think forever!
