More upvotes than views, Is it good for Steem?

Hi Steemians

Recently I come across some articles in which I found people have more upvotes than views. As a minnow I am greatly confused ,how it is possible? So i further dig down and got 2 probable cause.

1. Use of bots (or paid voting) that upvotes you without reading the content.
2. Very loyal supporters/followers that upvotes the article when they saw article in their feed.

So both point in same direction that number of upvotes in article in current scenario does not guarantees a quality post at all because votes were purchased or followers blindly upvoting without reading (whatever the motive is)

So question arises now, How do you guess which post falls in quality post?
