I Can't Upload To Dlive, Why?

For the last couple days I have tried loading videos to dlive the video is 2:10 min Mp4 and well under 2GB it loads to about 90% quick and then just pauses but I waited over an hour one time just to see and nothing. A little trick I use when dtube gives me little problems like videos will not load or you can't upload one. I empty 3 folders my temp, %temp%, and prefetch restart my pc and all works good but its not working for me on dlive still can't upload.
