I FOUND GOLOS. IO

Great Minds,
Yesterday a friend introduced me to another website that works so much like steemit.com. I was excited initially when I found it but it is now obvious for me that if it is not steemit, then it is not STEEMIT. Well, I am still trying to explore the site. I know there are people who are currently enjoying the site and may be earning good cash.

dear steemians I would really much appreciate if you will teach me more about golos.io, I want to know more about it and use it. I see a lot of similarities between it and steemit in fact almost the same interface. But I want to know more about the following areas;
What is their means of payment. I mean what replace steem dollar?
Do they have a cryptocoin like steem?
How do I withdraw from the site?
How do I make my post visible?

Are they bots they help to upvote post ?

Are there different communities and how do I join them.

I know there are many steemians here enjoying the golos.io please hold me by the hand and carry me along.
