If you read the comment from @cheetah and follow the link. it would seem that Kuwait Petroleum Exploration Limited and Dublin Petroleum Exploration Limited use EXACTLY the SAME Questions. In my view this is a scam seeking to collect your personal details such as your email addresses , residence, and telephone number.
