Interesting stuff and it worked out for me! :)
The interesting thing is that if you omit the --fee "..." the default fee is 6 STEEM and the created account gets 6 SP exactly without any 'bonus' SP at all.
On the other hand, if you supply --fee "2 STEEM" the new account gets 2 + 20 SP of 'bonus'. The cheaper the better! :)
Besides that, no account I created got any delegation at all. But all worked well and the accounts are usable.
