testing 1 2 3 HF20 screwed me bad, can't upvote, resteem, comment or post!

So yesterday something happened, I have no idea what it did, what it was for or why it was done, except that steemit made a post calling it a success and i'm sat here struggling to see the successful side... anyone below 70 reputation seems to be affected the worst.

I tried hourly yesterday to post asking what was happening, as I am far blockchain savvy! Can anyone put some light as to what this hard fork is and the how long it is going to take to rectify the issues that have risen from steemit upgrading...
