What are Other uses for steemit beyond the obvious?
It seems as though a great deal of energy from the people on steemit goes into getting upvotes and views so that they can earn Steam and steam power and have an influence on the network because the network is blockchain based it seems as though there would be many less obvious ways that the network can be used that might consist of distribution of information storage and memory links 2 videos photos and information generally on other platforms on the web or for that matter on steemit itself
What do others think about this does anyone have ideas? I've run into several platforms that seem to be running on steemit one that distributes a universal basic income some that get you more likes and followers and consequently steam power are there many other uses for steemit that go beyond the social interaction and content creation aspects of the platform? Please let me know what you think please let me know what I've missed and what I could learn thank you so much for your attention and input ☺️
