Kwetiau Fried Kangkung
Ingredients
/ + 250gr Kwetiau / Mietiau
1 handheld Tauge, wash
1 bunch Kangkung, petiki wash clean
4 cloves of garlic, chopped geprek
5 pcs Meatball Cow (can skip)
1 large Chili Green / red cayenne
2 btg Leaf Sledri
To taste shrimp
1 pcs Eggs
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Sufficient Salt and Pepper powder
Margarine enough to sauté
Step
Prepare materials
Heat margarine sauteed garlic until fragrant, enter the meatballs and shrimp stir until the reddish shrimp. Add chili and sledri leaves set aside on the edge of the pan. Add eggs to scramble to mix well. Add the vegetables.
Add salty soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper powder mix well. Add kwetiau add sweet soy sauce. Stir until all mixed and cooked.
Lift serve with a sprinkling of fried onions. Good luck👌
