It's not even a program, it's a small portable application that you just start up (not installing it on your computer), and after a few seconds you will open the door of the blocked service. I want to immediately respond to the fans of intrigue that this application is not a hacker program and is freely distributed!

and run the file

The application will start and you will see the following image

Do not do anything, wait a couple of seconds and look

When a check mark appears, an anonymous browser will open (close it) and go to GOLOS (or to the site that you need) !!! 

It's all! When you need to turn off the application, just press EXIT or red X, the following message will appear:

click the underlined element, and everything will be closed.
