What a great and generous idea! I've been thinking for a bit. First, I wanted to nominate a photographer who has been around for a while. The love for photographers seems to be spread thin here, sometimes. This person already has 58 rep though, so I've changed my mind and would now like to nominate a very new member: @azfix.

Why? Because of the beautiful night sky pictures! I know we can't save all photographers on here, but photography is what I love most, so those are the members I feel I should stick up for! This feels like a nice, warm welcome :-)
