As far as I can tell.
The site assumes SBD is worth $1, so 0.58 SBD = 58c.
0.15 Steem (at current Steem value is about $4) would equate to the other 58c.

NP! Yeah and it's probably not even current price, it's probably the internal 3.5 rolling average for the Steem price. So if it's off a bit sometimes that would be why. But I think it's been fairly stable the past few days so it will look right still ;)

Yeah it's just annoying that they never seem to explain anything. I know there is the FAQ but it doesn't tell you anything technical. I'm sure there's probably a blog that updates us, but I'm clueless to what it would be.
