Steemit curation rewards vs authour rewards

I believe it's bteer to upvote comment on other people post than to create your own post if you are not a whale .

There is hardly any reward for creating your own post which is genuine . What do you guys think .

I am certain no one will like comment or resteem this post and I am really sad about it.
