very confused with steemit... can anybody help me?
I could not even understand why some posts with many upvotes pay little and some posts with few upvotes pay very ...
Just now I did upvote 57 in a post and reached $ 13.00 now got to look'm with $ 3.57 in the same post. one decay $ 10 bucks.

It's based on Steem Power. The more power the person voting has the higher the reward. One whale with a lot of Steem Power can give you hundreds of dollars in one vote while others with little or no Steem Power give you nothing.
Your earning potential decreases dramatically after 5 posts a day I hear. So does your voting power after 20 votes.
