So if we don't have the $10 we cannot get a simple resteem anymore? People who use restem service most of the time use it because they do not have a lot of SBD's but want to increase it.

Since it's manual, it's very time consuming if I have 20+ requests stacked up. This way, I can filter out the serious people.
