Once its installed it will tell you that its waiting for SMS. The system will send you text messages and as long as you have an internet connection the app will read these messages and credit you for receiving them. Its normally €0.02 per message.

do they take your phone credit for reciveving the sms? like a charge or something? or it is done through internet?
We dont get charged to receive texts, it msybe different in your country im not sure. But the app runs in the background and sends the data back to its server.
