Stop motion animation video with oldschool Legos: CELEBRATING ONE YEAR ON STEEM ANNIVERSARY!
It's amazing how time flies...
One year has passed already since me and Seb got here on Steemit,
one year of incredible discoveries and it seems as though we barely scratched the surface!
Instead of writing a big post, we decided to do something special to underline this event.
This week we were cleaning out the closets and found a box filled with my old Lego collection.
We thought it would be cool to include them in our one year post, but how?
Then it clicked, a stop motion animation video, that would be an interesting project...
We had never done one before but let me tell you that it was so much fun putting it all together!
Yes it's a bit weird but eh so are we! :D
We called it: The steem machine and we added our song "Deeper towards the cryptic lair of the machine" as a soundtrack.
After one year on Steemit we've had the chance to meet so many great people may it be on Discord, Steem or in real life that the task of enumerating everyone of you awesome peeps would have been just crazy. Still we wanted to say how much you guys and gals are special and that life would not be the same without you! xxx

C'est fou comme le temps file...
Ça fait déjà un an que moi et Seb sommes atteris sur Steemit,
un an d'incroyables découvertes et c'est comme si on avait à peine effleuré la surface.
Au lieu d'écrire un méga post nous avons décidés de faire quelque chose de spécial pour souligner l'évenement.
Cette semaine lorsqu'on nettoyais les garde-robes on est tombés sur une boite contenant
ma vieille collection de Lego. C'est à ce moment qu'on a pensé que ça serais le fun de les inclure dans notre post d'un an, mais comment? Ensuite l'idée nous a frappée, pourquoi pas créer un petit vidéo en stop motion animation! C'était la première fois qu'on tentais l'expérience et il faut dire que ça a été vraiement le fun ce petit projet. Oui c'est un peu bizzare mais on l'est aussi! :D
On l'a appellé: The steem machine, et on a rajouté une de nos chansons "Deeper towards the cryptic lair of the machine" en guise de bande sonore.
Après un an de rencontres passionnantes ici sur steem ainsi que sur discord et dans la vraie vie, on ne pourrais énumerer tout les gens fantastiques que nous avons eu la chance de connaitre...
Néanmoins on tenais à vous dire combien on vous apprécie et surtout combien la vie ne serais pas pareille sans vous!xxx

Thanks @juliakponsford! We laughed so much while doing this, we had to keep that part where the arm falls off and the bits where you see the hands hahaha! So vacation time for the VM eh? It would indeed be nice to hook up! Keep us posted on when and where \m/

Merci @ixindamix! On a pas pu résister quand on a trouvé la boite. On a commencé par compter s'il y avait assez de bleus et de blancs pour faire le logo et après tout s'est enchainé vers cette création assez étrange...
En temps, disons une fin de soirée a faire le build et l'idée du scénario et une autre soirée pour faire la vid et le post lol, comme tu nous connais ;D
