If i want to recieve a delegation:
if i send you 1 SBD, i will get 3113 SP, lasting for 4 weeks. (or i will get 3113 SP divided in 4 weeks? 778,25 SP lasting for 4 weeks)
and as a investor:
If i send you 1 STEEM, it will be converted to SP, and i will recieve a delegation (based on the profit) in return that is related to the size os my share on the investment pool? please, explain this a bit more...

Yes, exactly, although currently the account does not have that much SP to lend so most part of the 1 SBD sent would be refunded.
Investors receive daily payouts in SBD - those come from sold delegations. So the payments for the delegations are distributed daily to investors (no cut taken by the service here).
Ok, you got me interested, and i will send some STEEM as investment on the next few days.
Even though i don't like that you support @sbdpotato, i think there is something really interesting here in this idea of yours.
I will start small, but if i like how things will evolve, i might throw in a few more steem.
BTW, if you have time, please check out the articles i started to write about what why i think @sbdpotato is a failed experiment since the begginning.
I would love to hear you thoughts on them. (only one published, doing some research do post the others)

Other question: it seems I cant lease the sp for another account.
Do you have plans to implement this? We have a Portuguese curation account (@brazilians) that don't actually posts, but upvote posts from our community, so it would be interesting to lease sp for them.
Already done :) just add the @username in the memo (@brazilians in this case), just remember about the @ character :)
for example: delegate @brazilians
