Caught in the pattern
Ever notice how days, weeks, years seem to flyby as we age. I have become more observant and aware of this fact ever since I had turned 30. I’m caught in the same old patterns, the same old routine‘s. This could be a normal thing. I would imagine most of us live our daily lives forming the same routines over and over again until the day is done with restaurant head on the pillow and wake up and do it all again. I don’t think it’s comforting to step outside of the box too often. I think that would be to anxiety ridden for myself. Once in a while keeps life interesting and slows things down.
