There's no problem with @treeplanter any more, I'd appreciate it if you'd correct that point.
What is happening is that it is more popular that it has SP to cover so there's a queue. There's currently 19 posts in the queue. Maybe I need to make a little website that simply shows the queue, but you can take it for granted that you're in the queue if you don't see your up vote immediately.

Since launch (the was a pre-launch period) the minimum is 0.1 STEEM or SBD and the maximum is 0.5 STEEM or SBD. Any less than the minimum and it is just taken as a donation and no vote is cast. Any more than the maximum and the voting effect is capped at the maximum.

After 7 days I cant go back and edit the post which is terrible for a blogging website as information needs to be updated regularly. @bellyrub is gone, @randowhale is gone, @upgoater is gone. @binkley doesn't accepts bids anymore. Promotion bots like minnowbooster change their structure more than needed. If there was more competition that would help.
Treeplanter also doesnt accept bids. :D
There are so many gone. The bad thing about Steemit is that you can't go back and make updates. 90% of everything you find on Steemit is outdated by the time you find it. Sad
