There is a lot of talk about cryptocurrency and especially STEEM. People around here seem to like to hear how great STEEM is. Those posts get really popular and lots of rewards :)

What makes STEEM so valuable now compared to 1 month ago? Is it just some hype? What drives the price?

Things look like they are really booming on Steemit.com!

Was there always a boom of activity even when the price was lower?

Is it going up because there is more activity, or is there more activity because the price went up?
