We will see today what happens to the price. The poloniex wallets are back open and I think that had a lot to do with the price staying down!
I am not sure if this has something to do with the price of Steem....
The biggest exchange locking down deposits and withdrawals usually has an impact on price, one way or another.
That spike to 89K sat was 5 min following the fork. It lost all steem (pun intended) Once people realize they couldn't do anything with it! We were going to see 100K sat. that day I believe!
