Steemit reward - Getting deducted during payout

Hi Guys,
How are you ? Hope you all are well and doing a very good job.

I need some advise from you guys. Usually we get rewarded to do the blogging in steemit community.

But for last few days I was watching that the curation rate is higher and exactly at the time of the payout some amount of the reward getting deducted.

Can you please share your opinion on this ?
