Decide Your Outcome IN Steemit

I came across this video just now and I really liked it. I've been wrestling with this idea in my head for a few weeks now, since I joined steemit, and I hadn't quite been able to verbalise it to myself, but this video did that. It's only 2 minutes long and quickly sums up the kinds of approach you should have to steemit.
