Why is @haejin's posts being downvoted again and Who is @Kimjongpoo ?
If you are following @haejin and have read the comments then you must know him, @kimjongpoo. He is downvoting every positive comment about @haejin. With just 11 followers and 47 reputation he looks like another bot hater of @haejin.

He says he will poo on us and is doing something like this. Recently @haejin post is getting downvoted by @randowhale and other bots. Why is it happening? Has @haejin broke the rules or they are jealous of @haejin?
We have seen in recent days @haejin is not powering up his post and this will break the rules @haejin and @berniesanders made. This drama is continuing and @haejin is the one who seems to be greedy but I may be right or there may be a complete different story for it but I think @haejin must have acted according to the rules.
But @kimjongpoo downvoting comments is not good at all for the steemit community and the overall growth of steemit.
The amount that haejin is earning from his posts is beyond unreasonable for any single person to earn. Hence anyone whom cares about the steemit community will realize this and flag. There are so many reasons to explain why haejin, and what he is doing, is bad.
As for kimjongpoo, he is downvoting all comments it seems,
