it is not required to follow

suggestions

in the guide,

they are standards that many users in the community

choose

to follow.

Meaning that provided you have enough Steem thrown into this 'platform', you can rig it any way you want.

By creating bots, creating rules for other people on the platform, make posts dissapear, put spam posts, because of your power you are not obliged to follow the rules you have created for the less powerful.
