Que Significa Ser Un Líder
Un grupo de lobos: los tres en frente son viejos y enfermos, caminan delante para fijar el ritmo del grupo en marcha para que no se les deje atrás. Los siguientes cinco son los más fuertes y mejores, tienen la tarea de proteger la parte delantera si hay un ataque.
El paquete en el medio siempre está protegido de cualquier ataque. Los cinco lobos detrás de ellos también están entre los más fuertes y los mejores; tienen la tarea de proteger la parte trasera si hay un ataque. El último es el líder. Asegura que nadie se quede atrás.
El lobo líder mantiene a la manada unida y en el mismo camino. Siempre está dispuesto a correr en cualquier dirección para proteger y sirve como "guardaespaldas" a todo el grupo.
Sólo en caso de que alguien quisiera saber lo que realmente significa ser un líder. No se trata de estar en el frente. Significa cuidar del equipo.
