Steem putting food on my table! Thank you all! 300+ followers bless you all!
Just wanted to thank all of my followers and anyone who has given me an upvote. This wasn't something I wanted to do but at least thanks to steem I can do. Winter time in New York is a host of problems and finding work in my field is one of them. Since I hav not had work in little over a month, I finally broke down and had to power some of money steem down so I can put food on the table. I know people are in much more serious conditions but without steem I would be even worse off right now. I now know I need to work even harder at building a following to ensure steem will keep paying off in the future.
I will be using egifter to get a Target gift card and be able to shop away. There are so many ways to be able to spend your crypto and this is just one of the many. If anyone has a better solution I would love to hear it as I figure this might last a few more weeks and any better option would be greatly appreciated.
Steem on everyone and bless every single person on here again who has helped me out. Words can not express the love I have for this site and what it can really do for people. I'll have a great post tomorrow or the next with my shopping adventure! STEEM ON!

Glad to hear steemit helped you out so much! I feel very similar with my account, knowing there's something I can pull from if necessary helps a lot! Hopefully the platform continues to grow and remains stable for people to continue to use it like this. Definitely seems to be a major thing for a lot and life changing for some.. Anyways.. Thank so much, people like you and others are what make easy to grow and love this avenue. As long as there are good people out there anything is possible. I was always looking for a way to help out and what I have realized is a lot of people really do want to help and here others stories. People then come to realize how great a little community can be and it has taught me that even the little followers and my little community keeping the my world together. It is just amazing to see how having a positive outlook can easily change things for the better.
You're welcome. Not sure i agree that anything is possible with good people but I appreciate your optimism. :) And yeah.. Having a positive outlook is important, but I would be careful to not let it blind you as well.. Cause you can go too far in that direction in my opinion, the way I look at the world is more akin to constructive pessimism.. Said another way.. "Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst". We should want and hope for things to go well, but also be aware of and not avoid looking at what could go wrong.
I like how you put it at the end there and I agree. If you don't look or even think things could go wrong then when they do, it will not be fun. I try to be prepared for the worst which I think right now is upon me right now. I feel I was unprepared because I did think too positive which has lead me to a greater understanding also. Thankfully I can see without being blinded too bad. Lol
