Ingredients
500 grams of lean beef
7 cloves of garlic, puree
Sufficient salt & pepper powder
Sufficient lime juice
Chilli sauce:
3 large red peppers
15 pieces of red curly pink
15 pieces of red chili (taste)
15 shallots
Step
Slice the meat as thick as 1 cm then marinate dg garlic, pepper powder & salt. Let stand for 15 minutes. Bring water to a boil and put in the meat, then boil until the water runs out and the meat is tender.

Boil spice only briefly, then ulek / rough blender. Then stir-fry with remaining oil fry the meat, put salt, sugar & lime juice. Stir well the taste test yaa. Cook until the spices are properly "cooked.
