Ingredients
200 gram chicken breast fillet
1 SDT lime juice
taste of original crispy spice flour (I use Sasa brand) mixed with a little boiled water and stir condensed for wet coating material
taste of original crispy spice flour (I use Sasa brand) for dry coating material
3 cloves of garlic
7 red chili pepper (according to taste)
to taste salt
to taste pepper
taste flavor
to taste cooking oil
Step
Marinate chicken breast fillet with lime juice, salt, and pepper for at least 15-30 minutes.
Dip the chicken into wet powder, then transfer it to dry coating flour. Roll around evenly and pinch pinch to stick. Fry chicken with lots of oil, until golden and look crispy, then drain.
Continue using the oil to briefly fry the garlic and cayenne pepper, then drain. Turn off the fire. Uleg roughly garlic and cayenne pepper that has been fried. Then give 1-2 HR cooking oil used to fry the sauce. Continue whistling while adding salt and flavoring to your taste. Perform a taste test of chili sauce.
Crispy chicken geprek with uleg-an until the crispy its a bit cracked, then pour sambel on it.
