Steemit - Didn't Get My Vote Slider At 500 SP!

@steemitblog recently put out a call for one last testing push before the release of HF21. Witnesses @gtg and @timcliff were mentioned as already performing tests. That is why I'm tagging them in this post. In case my recent issue is related to the changes occurring.
Last week I delegated some of my Steem power. That delegation brought my power down just below 500. So, I lost my vote slider. I wasn't too concerned because my power would be back over 500 soon. In a couple of days my slider would return. At least I thought it would.
But it didn't. I asked around discord. Nobody seemed to have an definitive answer. Maybe you have to be a little more over 500?. A generous person sent me some Steem. Well, at 503 SP, I still had no slider. Maybe there's a delay? There wasn't one when I initially got it. But I waited until the next morning anyway. Still no slider.
Finally, another generous friend of mine decided to delegate 50 SP to me. "See if that works." It did. Once I crossed 550 Steem power, my vote slider returned. I asked her to remove the delegation just to be sure. She did. And, the slider disappeared. She delegated the 50 back, and it reappeared.
So my question to any developers out there is this: Could this issue be related to HF21 or any other changes made recently? Also, has anyone else experienced this problem before?

Your slider is reflective of the amount of Mvests you have. The equation is not readily available for me currently but it's close to a 1:1 for Steem Power but not quite. Currently it seems 510sp ish is what is needed for 1 Mvest that will give you a slider.
Exploring the 'balances' tab on http://www.steemworld.org/@omra-sky can give you a better idea of the SP needed to get 1 Mvest for the coveted slider.
