Learn how to fully charge all your body cells, every morning with The “ Neem tea three “ which is a great morning starter. All you need is  dry neem leaves, a pinch of cumin and a teaspoon of honey. 

I try this recipe after some research to replace the morning coffee , and since use it daily, vital energy is optimum. There is plenty of information concerning the amazing benefits and use of neem tree on the web, like antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral, anti-carcinogenic...etc 

The goal of this post is to share my stunning experience with the neem power, and I found out that Steemit is the right place to do it.

     

   Many poor and rural people in India and near  the Burmese border where i live, use the neem leave for centuries, but are not aware of all the benefits . Some use fresh neem leaves in the preparation of the chili paste, soup or other dishes. Scramble eggs with basil and neem is a great breakfast. 

What kind of effects can you expect from the Neem Tea Three : 

It’s so simple, when you drink coffee or tea in the morning, you just get a boost of energy that won’t last through the day, after 2 hours you might need one more coffee, isn’t it ? 

The Neem and Cumin ingredients have the super ability to go through all your body cells and allow them to be fully charged. The Result is that you will get a lot more energy than before. 

The honey is a well know allies for the human body, only when you consume it hot, and it’s there to cover the bitter taste of the neem’s leaves.

The recipe of Super Neem Tea Three ( 3 ingredients ) : 

Rule 1 : Drink it on an empty stomach 

Rule 2 : Not suitable for woman wishing to be pregnant or pregnant below 5 months. Simply because the neem                  will make the heat inside the body too high for the foetus. 

Rule 3 : If it works with you, please share it to other people :-)

1) Put 5 or 6 whole dry neem leaves 

2) Pour hot water into the glass 

3) Add a little pinch of cumin 

4) Add one teaspoon ( or two ) of pure honey. 

5) Leave it for +/- 10 minutes and it’s ready to drink.  

You can easily buy dry neem leaves on the web, there is some available on ebay and many other  website. If you are serious about drinking the Neem tea three on a daily basis, then you should but the neem leaves per kilogram. I bought mine in the Chinatown here where the price is 1.15$/kg
