if I have 100 steem and 100 steem power, According to what you say: the balance in steem is 100.
And then I power down my steem power, when it finished, I'll got about 100 steem.
So the balance in steem should be 100 + 100 = 200
That's not quite true either. It takes 104 weekly payments to power down your SP into STEEM. So after 2 years you'd have 200.
